This location is completely unprofessional. Ordered pizza on two occasions and the order was completed wrong. When contacting... the store, the person claiming to be the ?manager? was rude, using profanity and hung up the phone stating he couldn?t fix theorder. Such unsatisfactory service! Don?t go here! I love using the Domino?s app when placing my order - it?s so easy to use, very user friendly, it lists all their coupons for... pickup, delivery & their National coupons, Plus it saves your orders if you tend to order the same things. And it keeps track ofyour order through the entire process and then letting you know when it?s ready for pick up. Plus after a few little orders, Iget a free medium pizza that I wasn?t even aware of so that?s definitely a bonus! Read more
Pasta bowl was really dry. Hand tossed pizza was so thin, it was pretty pathetic. I didn't order a thin crust but it sure looked... like it. The food was good though and prep time was acceptable. Read more
Staff doesn't pay attention to carside orders. After 15 minutes of waiting I went inside to get my order and everyone just... looked at me. Finally someone asked if they could help me (there were 4 employees there, one was on the phone). I told them Iordered and needed to pick up my pizza. Someone grabs my pizza after I give them my name and says, "Oh you ordered carside. Hereyou go. Have a nice day." No apologies. No acknowledgement of wrongdoing or oversight. They just didn't care. I will never order from this place again. I ordered a medium size pizza half meat lovers and half cheese with cheesy bread and a... 2 liter. When my food was delivered the man who delivered my food never even rung the bell he just sat my food on the chairoutside of the door. I then came outside and seen him just get in his car and pull off.To make matters worse when I opened upthe pizza it was an all cheese pizza. I then called and was told that their system was down and to call back the next day. Ithen went to go eat the cheesy bread and seen an ant crawling on the top on the inside of the box. I called back like 3 timesthe next day and was left on hold for a while. I then called back again a few hours after and finally someone answered. Wife picked up an order here 2 days ago. Pays with a card, everything seems to go through fine, she is given a receipt and left.... An hour later Dominoes is calling us telling our order didn't go through and we have to give them our credit card info over thephone. Sounded really shady so my wife checked her account and they refunded the order back to us after the order went throughfor some reason. Person on the phone said the order never went through but he was able to give my wife a receipt for everything. We reluctantly gave them the info over the phone but the whole thing seemed fishy. Definitely not going back to this Dominoesand would caution people to think twice about ordering from here. Read more
I placed a 60 dollar order, tip the driver very well, and the soda that I ordered wasn't delivered. I call the store so they... can deliver return with the soda and the little manager was going to drink my soda and give some kind of lie credit, then hehang up on me twice, that's bad business.
