UPDATE: WARNING STAY AWAY! COMPLETE SCAM! 2 hours to get my pizza and then tried to call the store for an update, no answer.... Where did my money or food go? I haven?t heard anything for 1 hour?.So I called customer service(mind you this isn?t the firsttime this has happened!). The customer service agent called the store, and received no answer as well. At that point shebasically told me I was out of luck and the store will contact me. I told them how unacceptable this was and how do I expect thestore to CALL ME if corporate can?t even contact them!! At this point I want my money back, because I don?t want to be thisstressed OVER PIZZA! So I ask customer service for a refund and they said only the local store can provide refunds?..however NOONE CAN GET IN CONTACT WITH THE LOCAL STORE! This agent went back and forth with me A CUSTOMER! I was so upset that wanting apizza turned out to this much stress! I ask to speak to a supervisor and she told me the supervisors are helping othercustomers?. I literally just want my money back and to never have to deal with papa johns again! She just kept giving me theSAME continuous robotic answer?mind you this is taking up my time and money! Finally after 10 minutes of going back and forthwith this lady she connected me to a supervisor and I told him at this point I WANT MY MONEY BACK. He told me that the deliveryis on its way, SO NOW I get food that I complained about?..no I want my money. But I gave up and said ok fine. Its 2 hours laterand still have NO FOOD OR MONEY! So I try to call the store, no answer. I call customer service back and spoke to Melanie sameissue, I?m basically out of luck?.PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING, TIMES ARE HARD AND YOUR STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS?! Ordered for delivery, took 40 EXTRA minutes then advised on the app. Then I had to drive over since the delivery brought the... wrong 8 extra dipping sauce that we ordered & paid for. Living in Smithville New Jersey. Went to cover a store for my job. And they don't have any Papa John's for where I live. So I... took this opportunity to eat Papa John's for the first time in nine months. And of course it was outstanding. The lady at thedesk was very kind the store layout was nicely done.
