Spent $35 on 2 cheesesteaks and fries and of course they take 2 hours to make a cheese steak and fries and deliver it. When it... got here it was ice cold, the owner said to call and let him know if we needed anything re made, and of course they don't answertheir phone either, Going to Nick's or Sal's from now on this place is HORRIBLE! I ordered from pizza haven for a delivery so my parents who live out of state could enjoy a cheesesteak. Never again. I was so... disappointed. The roll is stale, there is barely any meat, couldn’t find the cheese and the delivery driver wreaked of pot sobad it turned my stomach. Read more

Ordered takeout through the slice app and never received the order, called to find out where my order was and was told it was... delivered but the order was not delivered to my house, they acted as if they did nothing wrong and did not even try to fix thesituation. I will never order from them again, especially if their driver just hands your food off to anyone not even makingsure they’re at the correct address. Ridiculous!! Read more
We just waited TWO hours for a LARGE pizza, American Hoagie, garlic bread, chicken fingers and fries. Gave an $8.00 tip… There... is no possible way this is a large pizza. I call and the woman wants to offer me 10% off my next order, i said oh hell no iwaited two hours for this. I offer to send her pictures she tells me 20% off your next order is all i can do. There will neverbe a next time. I get things are hard right now but refunding the pizza would have been the right thing to do. Yes she offeredto make another one and bring it. We just waited for this one, its 9:00pm. I am beyond furious. Things are extremely expensiveright now and we are getting ripped off, its not fair. I wish i could add a picture to this post. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and a large 1/2 plain 1/2 mushroom pizza. After waiting an hour and half for my food and paying... $39.00 ($5.00 tip included), I couldn't have been more disappointed. The only meat that was on it was meatball, sausage, andpepperoni on a single layer of pizza. Let's not forget that the toppings did not even cover the whole pizza. John's pizzacertainly makes a much better meat lovers pie. The taste of the 1/2plain 1/2 mushroom was ok. But that was the first and lasttime I will be ordering anything from pizza hell. Read more
