Floor dirty. No ice in a 93° day, couldn't have my ice coffee.
Filled my 93 octane tuned car with 87 even after they repeated it back to me. Now I need to drain the gas tank.

Terrible customer service. Told me I should pay attention if I want service yet they don?t pay attention to the fact that there... is a line of customers that need assistance. Ive never been to a Wawa before as they don?t have them where I am from and the wayI was treated by every single employee doesn?t make me want to come back. Also tried to use the computer system to order abeverage and it was super confusing. A little customer service would go a long way. Read more
This has always been my go to Wawa.. all the employees will learn who you are, what good you like, how you like it, and what... products you get.. they are very friendly and helpful. Even though it's a corporate owned store, it feels like a local mom &pop store with employees that remember you. Rich always knows exactly what me and my boyfriend need before we even get to thecounter, he also always remembers exactly how I like my drink orders made without asking.. just like one of the guys at the foodstation. They are always well stocked too.. very rarely out of anything I get on a daily basis. And regarding the review aboutthem not making change at the gas pump, that's only the case late at night as they don't keep cash outside and night, which issimply a safety issue! If we lived in any other state we'd have to get out of the car and go in to pay every time so I certainlydon't mind having to do it late at night, and that's only if you don't have a debit/ credit card.
