I didn't appreciate the way my waitress was bragging to another waitress who had hardly any customers that sat at the back of... the restaurant which was her station( everybody coming in the door will sit around the door area.) She said well I got $5 cashon that one and they left the a charge tip I left her a dollar and 35 cents hopefully she'll tell the other waitress that.Which I felt like they needed to divide up the sections a little better because we did not get a refill on our coffee she didn'tcome to check on us, she was so busy with her other section and the other waitress only had two tables. We quit HH a few months ago because of a lack of service. My family wanted to give them another try today. The biscuits and... gravy were delicious. However, the pancake I was served had black stuff all over it. When I asked the waitress what all theblack stuff was she said it was just from the grill. I didn't eat it because it was disgusting. Later I asked if she wouldtake it back and give me toast instead, which we finally received once we were done eating. The waffle my husband was servedwas very dark and hard to cut through. It was burnt, but since I already had issues with the dirty pancake, we didn't sayanything. We will not be back because the food is just not worth the money we paid for it. Read more
My family and I usually enjoy dining here but today it was horrible! The entire restaurant was disgusting, food and trash all... over the floor. Looks like it hadn't been swept or mopped in awhile. No clean silverware, handed out plastic to-go knife andfork packs?!? Coffee tasted like it was hours old. Staff was too busy partying in the back to take care of the few customersthat were in there. When we were paying the waitress couldn't even give us the correct change because she said they didn't havechange in the drawer! Pros: Food came fast, hot and was delicious. Cons: Ordered an appetizer but it was forgotten so it didn't arrive until after... our meals. Server moved slow as molasses. Several tables left before ordering or receiving their food due to slow service. Wewere finished eating by the time server came around again to ask about refills and take home containers. Brought back containers15 minutes later and no drinks. We finally gave up waiting, paid & left. Seems like the cooks and food are the only thingkeeping this place together as the service leaves a lot to be desired. Had the food not been good we wouldn't return. Read more

I tried to eat here tonight 11-14-22. It was 8pm and they close at 10pm. Christina was the waitress and she was most unpleasant.... She started listening off everything they didn?t have. She said all they could make was sandwiches. I asked about bacon and eggstrying to get them a la carte. She said they couldn?t make breakfast because nothing was prepped. What is there to prep withbacon and eggs? When I asked about an email for her manager she said she didn?t have it. I asked about a business card and shesaid she didn?t have one. On top of that, their menu has a sticker on it stating that there would be a 3% supply chainsurcharge. Really? You are going to charge me more because you don?t have things in stock? Read more
