My husband and I experienced Creekview for the first time last night. We were celebrating our 16th anniversary, and this was a... phenomenal place to visit. Everything was perfect. The French Onion Soup was huge, and was the best we've ever had. The portionswere generous, and the Cobb Salad was amazing. Very fresh and delicious. My husband ordered the Hot Roast Beef Sandwich and hewas impressed, it was delicious! We both left afterwards and kept talking about our visit on the way home. It was truly amemorable dinner, and thank you to our friendly waitress as well. Very pleasant atmosphere, tasty food, fast service, andreasonable prices. We look forward to visiting again soon. Awesome experience! Food was top quality. Reasonably priced. My wife had the beet and avocado salad, she loved it. I had the... Oliver burger, very well cooked and seasoned to perfection. The night we went might have been better chosen but the noise of people virtually yelling at each other when only a foot or so... away convinced us to give up our reservation fast and opt for take away. We had looked forward to the pleasant location and agreat meal which we know is always possible here from others but the NOISE was incredible and will persuade us to avoid it infuture. Too bad. The food is delicious. Shrimp cocktail, drinks, salad, chicken and those sweet fries! I am fine with noise but the person i was... with thought it was loud. I think the wood causes sound to bounce. The restaurant was super nostalgic and tidy., The waiter was attentive her name was Jen. We ordered the baked spinach bread for... an appetizer along with some mussels. I was told that the spinach bread had a bit too much spinach on it Jen the server didoffer another appetizer to rectify. The mussels were really good I enjoyed them. My grilled chicken was made to order and prettydarn good, the Mac and Cheese I was told was a bit dry and bland she didn't want to be looked at as a picky person who complainsso she didn't mention it. I've eaten here in the past and enjoyed it, but dinner tonight was very disappointing. Having waited on tables for 7 years it's... more than understandable that kitchens get busy and that guests can always try and be more understanding. We waited 20 minutesjust for bread to hit the table and 1 hour 30 min for our entrees only for them to be cold. Aside from the long wait timeswhich, again, happens and is understandable especially during the holidays, the acting manager was very rude and unprofessional.She did not show any concern when we explained how poor the service was or how cold our food was. She was only concerned abouttallying up the percentages of how much we ate off of our plates right in front of us even though we made it clear we didn'twant the food after the first bite, making the situation very uncomfortable for everyone. Her attitude and lack ofaccountability for the slow service and poor quality food was hard to watch and could have been solved with simply paying forwhat we ate. The customer is not always right but anyone who has any experience in the restaurant industry would be able to seethat the service provided by the manager tonight was a joke. Read more
