So as far as Panera goes, the food was delicious and as expected. I went with my mother, she has the same last name as me and we... ordered separately on the kiosk to the right. This seemed to cause some confusion when the staff was filling out orders and theywere a strange combination of both our orders in two bags with our names on them. It truly was fine as everything was present,but it was a little chaotic and if we had been going separate ways it would have been very frustrating to discover at a laterpoint. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Dirtiest Panera bread I have ever been in. Bathroom is disgusting. Other customers telling me to clean... plates for them. Do your job! I will NEVER come back to this location. Good thing your other places aren't as scuby as this oneyou would be long out of business. I'm in love with the Thai Chicken soup, but at $8.91/bowl, I'm going to learn how to make it myself. The sides truly are free,... because when you opt for no side, there is no reduction in price, a practice I never fully understood in the restaurantindustry. Very fast, friendly service, and the iPad kiosks are fast and convenient. This location has no drive thru. The pricesare significantly higher now. Read more
The chipotle chicken sandwich was dynamite! The Pecan twist pastry was excellent. I've noticed in Panera Bread restaurants in... many states that the employees aren't very friendly. They do their job but a welcoming smile would make a difference. I've alsonoticed that the employees at the food service counter in the back of these restaurants don't make eye contact with waitingcustomers. It takes a shout to get their attention if a patron needs a to go box or wants to exchange a side that was givenincorrectly. Room for customer service improvement. Read more

Went to the Panera Bread on Main in Williamsville. Store closed Cafe due to weather. This was at 7:30pm. Employees were still... inside and appeared to be cleaning and staring at customers that came to the door. Feels like they didn't want to serve anyoneand used the weather as an excuse. Not pleased.
