Employees are very rude. I once asked for a cold brew with extra oat milk, coffee was not with extra oat milk, had asked for... more and the lady gave me a lot of attitude and handed me the fixed drink without saying anything and left. Another time, Iasked nicely for my coffee not to be stirred with those spoons they use (because I know they are dirty), and I was also treatedrudely. They didn?t even call out my drink or face the sticker towards me so I could confirm it was my drink. Overall terribleservice. Read more

Occasionally I go in for a coffee or tea. It's dunkin only with no seating inside whatsoever, and no public restrooms.

I love DD. Sadly it will be a past time favorite. 2 coffees and 2 hash browns totaled $10.01. That was nuts!

Positives: Food was good once I went home and hooked it up. Not all employees were rude. Mobile order was ready when I got to... the window. Negatives: I joined the drive-thru line at this DD, and there were a few cars ahead of me. But compared to otherDDs, the line did move kinda slow. Not a huge deal, but something I noticed. When I get to the window the girl (young, Hispanic,dark hair) starts to give me someone else?s order. I get my order and ask for ketchup. She flatly says ?we don?t have any? in adismissive tone. No hi, thank you, have a nice day, sorry, nothing. I pull off and get ketchup from Cumberland Farms, where theyalso serve breakfast sandwiches. I open my DD bag, take out one of my sandwiches and it had bacon on it instead of the sausagethat I requested when I made the mobile order. I go back to the restaurant and take my bag back inside because I didn?t want towait in the slow drive-thru line. I go inside and explain wrong order to one woman and she goes to get another woman (olderHispanic woman with gray streaked hair). The Hispanic woman rushes me along as I explain that my order was made wrong anddemands the sandwich so, as she said, she can throw it away. She dumps the sandwich (what a waste) and throws a new sandwichtogether and gives it to me. This sandwich looks so dry and haphazardly thrown together. When I ask her why the cheese isn?tmelted, she says they only melt cheese on grill cheese sandwiches. Something tells me to ask her for ketchup, and she easilyhands me ketchup packets even though the girl at the window said they didn?t have any. At this point, I mentioned the ketchupdiscrepancy to the older woman, gathered my bag and left. She gave me no hi, thank you, sorry, have a nice day, nothing. This was my regular dunkin for years unfortunately I?ve now started going to Chaplin/North Windham. My favorite thing on the... menu is expresso unfortunately everytime I order from this dunkin I?m always greeted with a little extra texture than I expect.No matter the shift/ who makes the drink there will always be coffee grains at the bottom of the expresso drinks. These are 5$coffees. I?m honestly tiered of asking people to remake it just to have a smaller amount of coffee grains still at the bottom. Ithink it?s the machine Not the employees but it has been months with the same issue. I?m sad to say Ill have to get my dailycoffee elsewhere from now on. Read more
