Well Moe's is going down hill. I spent 80$ for two bowls and 2 quesadillas and 2 cups of queso. They only put half a scoop of... meat in each. They also changed the queso container to a smaller one. Instead of filling it like in the past they put 1/4 inthe container. I get that things are costing more in this economy but this was ridiculous! Read more
We have ordered take out from the Willimantic Moes many times. More times than not something is missing. Tonight an entire... meal was missing and the manager was very condescending when we called. If you want a good Mexican restaurant experience Iwould suggest going elsewhere. Read more

Always fast service....i just wish they would drain their beans and pico anything that makes juices a little better. I would get... my food come home and if I don't eat it immediately it gets soggy ???? other than that...also the juices they put out along withthe tea is never out when i get there granted I will go like an hr before they close but i feel like it should still be out atthat time. I will NEVER eat here again on Friday night I got a steak stack from here and then I woke up at 3 am in bad stomach pains and... nausea. I'm on day 4 of my food poisoning from this place. THANKS A LOT MOES!!! I used to love this place now I don't trust itI feel absolutely horrible and ived missed 2 days of work now because of this !! NEVER EVER AGAIN. All the employees are friendly and respectful to anyone that walks into their establishment. Cleanliness is on point here, I've... yet to see it super dirty or notice any problems when I visit. Especially during the Covid pandemic, I've seen the staffroutinely cleaning tables and door handles to help prevent any potential spread of any viruses. The food always tastes nice andfresh, yet if ever your order isn't correct or to your satisfaction I've seen them gladly replace the item or whatever they cando in order to keep all customers happy and satisfied with each visit to the store. All this that I've noticed from thislocation in particular is just another reason for me to continually come back for future purchases knowing that whatever I getfrom their awesome employees will be made exactly to my preference. P.S. - I've always been a taco bell kind of guy, mainlybecause I'm cheap, but the price I pay at Moe's is by far worth it to get a bigger and better burrito. The rice had always beencooked just right, which can be annoying when it's not. I've never found mushy rice or undercooked and crunchy rice. Read more

Ladies behind counter were friendly and helpful.. manager not so much. Hope she gets free quesso for that big chip on her... shoulder. Won't be seein me in there again. Read more
