So today I ordered for delivery from their website, and now they have an agreement with doordash and doordash takes some of... their deliveries with the customer knowledge. Of course doordash forgot my soda, so when I called papa Gino?s who ever picked upthe phone immediately had an attitude with me and just got worse the moment I told her about my situation, she flat out told meshe doesn?t have time to make sure customers get their drink with their order but that the best she can do is give me a refundcause their regular divers can?t deliver my drink (didn?t order with doordash, ordered through them don?t understand why theycouldn?t deliver my drink) I said okay cool whatever at this point. I finally sit done to eat my food and right as I?m about totake a bite I find a long piece of her! I call again and I?ll I?m told by the same female is that since she refunded me for mysoda they can?t refund me for my food or send out a new sandwich cause none of their divers are heading my way.
