So today I ordered for delivery from their website, and now they have an agreement with doordash and doordash takes some of... their deliveries with the customer knowledge. Of course doordash forgot my soda, so when I called papa Gino?s who ever picked upthe phone immediately had an attitude with me and just got worse the moment I told her about my situation, she flat out told meshe doesn?t have time to make sure customers get their drink with their order but that the best she can do is give me a refundcause their regular divers can?t deliver my drink (didn?t order with doordash, ordered through them don?t understand why theycouldn?t deliver my drink) I said okay cool whatever at this point. I finally sit done to eat my food and right as I?m about totake a bite I find a long piece of her! I call again and I?ll I?m told by the same female is that since she refunded me for mysoda they can?t refund me for my food or send out a new sandwich cause none of their divers are heading my way. Food is good but one of the workers just threw away all the tickets, including the ones that were just put up, so we had to ask... if our food was ready. Good thing they had it on their computer too or else we would've been forced to ask for a refund Read more
Ordered online my order was way past my order time frame. Why even put that option if they do not go by that then when I called... to see what is going on they said its just leaving now I live 2a few minutes from papa ginos but I am busy getting things readyat home due to I work two jobs finally the pizza and fries arrive and its cold.we had to put the pizza in the oven to warmup.Obviously it did not just go out because its cold waste of my money never again will I order this isnt my first time havingtrouble with this place.service is not the same as before as well as the change in flavors. "My steak and cheese grinder had very little filling. Mostly bread. What meat there was was cold and dry. My wife had a Number... 9. It had no cheese. Fresh veggies in our super veggie pizza. Simple and filling menu. We visited just an hour before closing but yet got a good... experience along with fresh and tasty pizza. Loved the fries combos with tenders/wings etc. Great service too. Read more
Actually Dangelos is reason i went. Had to have a large cheeseburger grinder!! Although i thimk its on the expensive side i did... enjoy the sandwhich! Staff were polite and place was clean! Read more
