I'm totally disappointed. My family has been going to Tony's Faithfully for years. So I'm very disappointed lately how much the... service has fallen and how unorganized it is now. And then to pawn the issue off on the owner like he could even defend himself.He hired you to do a job. You need customer service skills very badly. Always great food they never disappoint. My go to spot In Willimantic CT. Ordered a pizza for delivery and they were at my door... in just under 20 minutes from the end of order. A little pricy but the quality is high. You know the saying you get what you payfor.???????????????????? Read more
love the pizza at Tony's and highly recommend them for take-out! however, the dine-in experience the past several times has been... total chaos. it seems like they need to hire more staff. it took 15+ mins to receive our water, and 25 mins for the dirty dishes+ napkins from the other 2 people in our party to get bussed away. I eventually collected the dirty items myself which took upthe whole end half of the table. multiple staff walked by the dishes and didn't take them away until I had to ask. when wefinally got our food, we did not have utensils. someone was also standing talking to a staff member right in the narrow lanewhere the staff goes in/out of the kitchen, semi-blocking their ability to move through for a long time as well, and it lookedreally uncomfortable for the female staff member to have to squeeze past him a bunch of times. This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered fries and a pepperoni pizza. The fries were decent,... slightly undercooked in my opinion. BIG FIRE! I had a lunch date here and we picked the perf spot! The waitress was awesome in helping us pick food to share. The... buffalo wings were so crunchy, the pizza was perf, and the curly fries with bacon and cheese was on the money! It was so good Ialmost forgot to take picks lml!
