Pulled up to the ordering menu board and was quickly told ?Be with you in a second?. Seven minutes pass, cars piling up behind... me. I say ?Hello??nothing. I say ?Hello? again?nothing. I wait two more minutes then say ?Is this thing working?? Again, thereis no response from the speaker. Cars start honking, so I drive around to the pickup window (no cars were in front of me) andput my car in park, waiting for someone to come to the window. I look in and can see two workers, at a distance, talking by thefront counter. They ignored my being at the window. After about a minute I was fed up and drove away. Terrible experience. Waited in line for 27 minutes (I had a stopwatch) and food still came out cold. I thought this was fast food that is supposed to... be fresh and warm not cold and old. Read more
I normally avoid this Burger King because the service is always bad and they always mess my food up. The new manager they have... is AMAZING!! He repeated everything back to me, asked about adding additional things I didn't think of, and my order wasperfect. I wish I would've taken the time to get his name. Definitely a huge improvement from the past. Read more
The lady that handed us the food look at us as if she had the wrong order and then proceeded to look out the window and look... behind us as someone else was in line. I ordered a Bbq crispy chicken bacon and cheese (meal) with a strawberry milkshake. Theydidn?t even give the right sandwich I have a plain crispy chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. It taste like box stuffing(boxstuffing is disgusting) Milkshake didn?t taste that well like an ingredient in was soiled. I called 12 times trying to speakwith someone and it went straight to voicemail. Will never go back there! Read more
The drive thru wait is about 5 mins before they take your order. The feed back is no existent To be sure the order is correct.... The cashier is in a daze the manager is slow. I will not visit again. Read more

I am trying to figure out what was so special about an 8 piece mozzarella stick and a value fry order that I wait had to wait... almost 10 minutes for my order, when there was only one car in front of me, and hardly anybody in the dining area? Then, to topit off, when I got to the window, they had the nerve to ask me what was my order again! Totally disappointed! Read more
Orders always wrong. Never complete. Always check your bag before you leave. There's no day I get a complete or anything near an... accurate order. They don't give receipts either. Very sad. Read more
