Not my first time ordering. The App always say order was delivered and it was not true. Waited one hour. Driver did not leave... the receipt. At least food wasn't too cold. Can't imagine ordering during the Winter. Sandwich was not good at all. Pasta wasok. The only thing that was really delish was the cheesy spinach and feta bread. Read more

I drove to the store and the guy said that he... wasn't going to reverse the transaction because it was passed business of operations and that wasn't his problem. Ordered online for delivery waited a hour and a half for my food and they only delivered half the order. I called and they put... me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and they said they didn't know when the rest of my order would be to me and that Icould pick it up. I tipped $10 for my order to be wrong and for me to have to pick up the food anyway. When I got to the storeonly one guy was working. One was just standing around at the register and another guy was out back talking to people who didn'twork at the restaurant. Honestly, I wouldn't order delivery from here unless you enjoy COLD FOOD. I placed my order a little after 2:45 and got a... message that my food was out of the oven by 3:08. I have JUST received my food at 4:37 and AS EXPECTED, it is cold and hard. Notto mention my 2 liter soda was warm, not even placed in the fridge and the extra marinara sauce I ordered with my food didn'tcome. Every single time I order from this establishment I am completely disappointed. I highly recommend only ordering from thislocation as a pickup. If you order delivery, it's almost guaranteed that you will have unpleasant service. Read more

Hey Domino's Pizza help me out here. My family makes an order at a little after 1 PM and the order doesn't make it to the house... until 5 minutes to 3 PM...... My Wife goes over there to discuss this matter in between the order and delivery time to thelocation at 75 Sunset Road in Willingboro, NJ. There is a male there named "Jackie" that claims to be the manager and gave theworst customer service with attitude and talking about what he didn't have time for and what he wasn't going to do. Theycancelled her order, but you just may want to have some type of customer service training for your staff. Better yet, they mayneed to be replaced before your business suffers. Read more
