We stopped going there because we went three times and they said they didn't have donuts. Customer service is the worst.
Oh my goodness ???? Every other Dunkin? always messes up my order. I get 2 single shots of espresso, this is the only Dunkin... that doesn?t pour 1 shot of espresso into 2 cups AND the guy knows my order by heart ???? never had that happen at dunkinbefore! Read more
The employees just don?t care. One girl that worked there didn?t say anything during transaction or when I got my food. Where is... the customer service? On top of that, because of their lack of care they got my order wrong and I had to wait 20 minutes for mycorrect order! When I looked at my hummus bread, I noticed that it came with NO tomatoes as advertised but after waiting so longI didn?t even bother to fix it for them to take so long again. No I only ordered hashbrowns and bacon but when I got my hashbrowns in the drive-through they were super cold, but they could?ve... came out of the refrigerator. I had to go around to the drive-through again to get hot ones and I believe all they did wasre-cook the cold ones that they gave me, and it also took about five minutes. Why are there no freshly cooked hashbrowns alreadyready, why would you feel the need to re-cook cold ones and take forever at that. Read more
If I could give a 0 I would !! I literally go to Duncan donuts almost everyday and spend at least $11/ day! This is the worst... Duncan location I have EVERRRR BEEN TO! the service is horrible and the food is even worst! The hash browns ALWAYS taste old andon top of that today they served me FROZEN BAGEL MINI?S !!! What?s even worst is the manager didn?t even acknowledge theymessed up and instead when I said something about it she started screaming at me saying ?BYE MAM? at the top of her lungs(please run the footage)? I purchased the most god awful sweet iced tea yesterday morning. Apparently all Dunkin? Donuts don?t train their employees how... to clean machines in between orders. It tasted like the mix of coffee and tea mixed. Suggestion train your staff, this is whyyour loosing customers. Read more
Worst Dunkin? I?ve ever been to. They are understaffed and unprofessional. You can spend a good 15 min waiting at the drive... thru if not more, the employee at the window could care less about giving you the right and complete order. Always on theirphones. The outside where the menu is is dirty. Who manages this place? If I could give zero star I would. Read more
Loved their corn donut. Ordered the pesto cheese sandwich before and it was juicy and delish. This time, kinda dry, not too... much pesto, but it was ok. Kids who work there should be more attentive and customer service oriented. Their coffee and donutsnever dissapoint. Read more
