Today, Oct 19, 22, I live 2 minutes from Mc Donald?s and I usually got fries and lately I been receiving Cold fries. They don?t... even have Adult Happy Meals. I called and the female only apologized and didn?t tell me that she can replace it by me returningback the cold fries. I never had any issues in any other Mc Donald?s but the one in Willingboro. I go there mostly for mygrandkids cus it?s very close to my house but it looks like I am going to have to go elsewhere cus nothing is getting done bycomplaining. Read more

Jackie the "Senior Manager" at this location is unprofessional, rude condescending and misinformed of company policy. I know... this because of the repulsive and disgusting interaction that lacked basic customer service skills he displayed when addressingme on a matter that could have been resolved at this location. Instead I contacted Corp sent a message to his Regional Managerand received an amicable resolution and mailed refund. JACKIE NEEDS TO FIND A DIFFERENT LINE OF WORK AND A BETTER ATTITUDE. Read more
It was weird went to get an ice cream cone for my daughter the girls at the window were laughing then walked away from the... window then a guy comes and apologizes for the girls behavior he said sorry for the girls laughing at the window and not handingyou your ice cream cone I said thanks and drove away not sure of what just happened but the world is becoming a weird place lolat almost 40 never knew things would be this weird.
