horrible customer service. i called twice to inquire about my order being wrong. the first time was with a nice young lady who... took my info and said she would get back to me as soon as she could. the second time was with what she described herself at thenew gm and said there was nothing she could do because she wasn?t who i spoke to in the first place. when i asked if i couldspeak to the first women i spoke to the ?new gm? claimed she wasn?t available and hung up. i called several times after that andthe phone was never picked up. i?m not sure who the ?new gm? is or what her issue is but she didn?t need to take it out on mewhen i was only trying to speak to the only person who seemed wanted to help me. this location has gone down hill bad and i hopefor them that why turn it around. i love papa john?s pizza but this put a bad taste in my mouth for sure Read more

I hate to do bad reviews, it's not in my nature but dag. Whoever made the pizza this evening needs to be retrained or something.... The two xl pies and half of the third xl pie were flat and hard. The dough under the topping was undercooked and had holes init. There was oil sitting on top of it and it wasn't cut right. But wait the bread sticks. The freaking breadsticks. I've neverseen anything like this. It was flat and hard and burnt. How could ya'll cut it and send something out like that? Would you eatit? If it wasn't for the migraine and back pain I would've drove back over there and asked for a refund. I just wanted a quickdinner for my kids on a Saturday. Please pay attention to the quality of your food before giving it to your customers. $70+ downthe drain. Read more

incompetent employees! I ordered a couple of pizzas, paid for them, waited half an hour for them so, the cashier would ask... me; can i help you with something? they had never started processing my order, after a full day of work I just wanted to buydinner for my family, They didn't even apologize, now I have to wait several days for that money to return to my bank account,because obviously I left that place without waiting for them to start preparing my order after half an hour of paying! incompetent! Very unprofessional establishment. My order was not right, along a few other people whom were there returning orders! Management... isn't manager's at all, they are allowing staff members that are under them, in theback making pizza run the store! Parking canbe a little tight, and hard to get a spot, they do share the parking lot with a Jamaican restaurant! At this point the Jamaicanrestaurant will be a better choice! Read more
Was traveling to cover a store for my job. And couldn't resist picking up Papa John's Pizza. When I'm at lunch break in order to... pepperoni pizzas with extra sauce only cost under $13. It was nice to see your free-standing Papa John's building not in a stripmall. I definitely recommend this one did anybody who's local or passing through the area.
