This used to be my spot until the managers decided to disrespect me because my chicken pieces were unrecognizable!! If I ask for... thighs and they look like wings that's an issue. I was not rude at all but was treated with gross disrespect because they wereclearly overwhelmed.. I asked one of them what kind of customer service is this and he said "He does not believe in that inhere"! I will never spend my money here again!! This Popeyes location is the worst. Every time I go to this location I always run into long lines in drive thru and inside and... their is always only one person working the register. If you are a Dasher, skip this store!. You will be waiting for thecustomers order for forever. They have no organization or designated person who specifically handles those kinds of order, whichI think will benefit them a great deal. They need the help majorly. As I stated, their is always one person and its normally thesame man working the front and he's expected to do everyone's order, including the dashers which is suppose to be quick andefficient. I shouldn't be waiting 30min to pick up a customers order. But this restaurant not only sucks because of what Ilisted above. It is also because the manager at this location is very rude and not helpful. He does not speak or acknowledges acustomer. Every time I come in its a long line and he's just sitting in the lobby with a non worker eating. Sometimes evenpraying. Now don't get me wrong I have no issue him practicing his religion, however your running a business. You see yourbacked up and busy and your employees are struggling to get the line down. It's only right he helps out. But he doesn't. Onetime I advised him that I was waiting for a very long time, he was sitting in the lobby eating at that time and yelled for theguy already working the line that I was waiting for so long. It?s after 1pm and they locked all the doors. Everyone?s walking up confused they can?t get in because there are no signs up to... use only the drive thru. A manger (it seems) was yelling at a dasher driver because it was ?holding up? her ?line.? But theyhave no where for delivery drivers to pick up. It was chaotic and unprofessional. Some People just left. I won?t be going back,people are just trying to work or eat. No one needs staff members screaming at paying customers because they?re unorganized andnot well trained in their job. Read more
I've only been here twice so the only thing I can say with any weight behind it is the Chicken Sandwiches I've had are likely... the best ones I've ever had in my life. I don't have a clue what they do to make them so good, but I'm a fan. Apparently so area lot of other people too based on the amount of times I've driven by and there are cars going from the drive thru back to thestreet with a line on the side of the road more times than I can count.
