I ordeied taco belland they gave me a wring order.At first I thought it was just a mistake but it kept on happening. The service... is so bad. For mobile orders placed through the Taco Bell app, if you set a pickup time they have a habit of preparing your meal a half... hour before you arrive and letting it get cold. If you order through a delivery app, they tend to forget parts of your order.And in general their food is bad; soft or hard taco shells are stale, they don?t put more than a teaspoon of chicken or cheeseinto the quesadillas, and things are barely warmed up even when you order it in person. And when I?ve tried going into the storeto try and get orders corrected, the staff ignores customers standing at the counter and if someone does see you they just yell?use the kiosk? from the back of the store. There is a short Black women who is the Supervisor there. She has an attitude problem. I am a regular at the restaurant being... that I work down the street from there. She needs to be reprimanded and be taught better Professionalism. I wanted to file acomplain against her attitude and she refused to give me her boss's information. If you eat here, do it early. The late evening always seem to nit care how the food is prepared. Food is soggy, missing... ingredients, but you are charged for those ingredients. I had it last night and I go here several times a week. I had it lastnight. The doritos locos taco alone did it for me. It was stuck to the paper and broken like it was sitting for hours.. If I could put 0 stars I would, I mobile ordered through the app 45 min before closing time so that I wasn?t stressing the... workers trying to close (I work in the food industry as well), when I went there unfortunately it seemed like they didn?t get iton their end which I understand but the woman who was working seemed extremely fed up with me even after trying to resolve theissue repeating that they were closing and giving me an awful attitude. This is one of the best Taco Bell's I've ever been to. I placed a fairly large order at drive thru, because my app wasn't... working, and my order was taken by a gentleman who had patience and a desire to do his job happily. After I paid I was asked topull around to wait for my order and it was brought out to me by a lovely woman, in a very small amount of time. My family and Iwere pleasantly surprised at how well made the food was. It was one of the few times that there was a decent amount of food onour tacos and everything was really fresh. Thank you!
