Great customer service!! I was very disappointed in Domino's after several previous orders had arrived wrong. I finally was fed... up and decided to call in to complain (which I hate doing) on the last order mess-up and was promised they'd credit my nextpizza. ANTHONY went above and beyond to not only replace the pizza from the previous order that arrived wrong but also added alittle extra kindness to the order, which goes a long way in making things right. Not to mention he was very kind, patient andextremely communicative during our conversation. He's renewed my faith in the Willis Domino's!! Wish they had more managerslike Anthony! Read more
Anthony , the store Mgr fm1097,77318 location- solved my problem in ref to my rewards not calculating on my purchases . He... solved the problem in about 10 mins. I was in a 2week process with their corp office & after the two weeks, there wasn't anresolution. .Thanks Anithy for taking the time out to understand me .
