1. My rotisserie chicken sandwich smelled like tuna. 2. I bit into my tuna smelling sandwich into something hard. 3. The oatmeal... cookie was not soft and tasted like old cardboard. 4. The customer service is terrible. The guy making our food kept making faces and smacking his lips. When I asked for my sandwich... to be toasted he rolled his eyes. This has happened twice now, we will not be going back. Read more

Just terrible! My husband, mother in law and daughter arrived around 9:20pm. My daughter had a dance recital so we needed to... grab a quick bit on the way home. My daughter was in her costume from the recital and she has another performance the nextevening, so we wanted to dine in to help avoid any possible messes from getting on her costume. The customer service was awful.My husband ordered a club but was told that they were out of roast beef, no big deal, he asked if they could put something elseon the sandwich instead and was told no, even though on the menu board it states that if they are out of something they canreplace it with something else. My husband kindly just ordered another sandwich. As we made our way to pay, the cashier wasputting our chips in a bag and we stated that we would be dining in and she said they are about to close, it is now probably9:30, the hours are stated as 9am-11pm. we asked what time they close and she stated at 10, okay well then we will be dining inas we still have 30 minutes. The cashier insisted we leave and said she would call the cops if we did not. We were not beingoutrageous at all but we still had 30 min before they "closed" so we walked over to table to sit down and she turned off thedining room lights! Really?? Maybe she should find another job, Subway is not a good fit for her, and if Subway continues toallow this type of customer service, shame on you! Read more

Ordered online from Subway on my lunchbreak for a 6inch combo with a Gatorade. On the app it said my order would be ready at... 12:45. So I pulled into the curbside parking area and checked in. Entered my vehicle information and waited on them to come outwith my sandwich. 10 minutes past my scheduled pickup time I decided to go into the store and see what was taking so longbecause I had ordered 30 minutes before I even go to the location. I walked up to the cashier and asked if he had a curbsideorder that he was working on because my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. He pointed to the rack with the pick upordered and says "check there". I told him again that I did not order a pickup order, I ordered curbside. But I glanced overthere anyways just to check and I did not see the blue gatorade that I ordered so I said I did not see it over there. He thenproceeds to tell me he doesn't have the order. After waiting another couple of minutes with no help I walk over to the pick uporders a start reading the receipts. I find one with my name but a tea instead of a gatorade so I inform him that it was overthere with the wrong drink. Then I , being in a rush to get back to work, walk over to the drink cooler to grab the correctdrink. While I am grabbing the correct drink MYSELF the cashier has the audacity to ask me to bring the tea back over to him.First of all, this was a CURBSIDE order so I should not have had to come into the store to begin with. Second of all, Ishouldn't have to try to piece together my order when It was supposed to be ready for me when I got there. And after all ofthat the cashier says "I told you it was over there". Overall just a horrible experience. The normal lady that works there wasnot there today. Normally this subway has great customer service, just not that employee. Read more

It took us 20 minutes to get there. We arrive and there is no one in the parking lot and restaurant is empty. I walk in.... Employee is playing on phone says nothing. I?m see him decide to start working on sandwiches. I had to address him and find outhe just started making out sandwiches. After waiting another 20 minutes for three sandwiches I finally was able to leave. Cleansubway. Very nice looking. Terrible employees disappointed Edit: after arriving home all the sandwiches were wrong. Worsesubway I have ever been to will never go back even if it means never eating at subway again. Read more

Horrible customer service! I ordered via Door Dash and the driver delivered the wrong order. I immediately called the store to... see if I could bring the wrong order back and get mine made. I was told this was Door Dash was at fault, basically not theirproblem. It took an hour of arguing and waiting for them to finally just make my order. I was told I was at the wrong locationthough I showed them the driver picked up from their location. I was told I gave them the wrong address, then how was I giventhe wrong order to begin with? The two workers constantly giggled, and talked in Spanish while looking towards me as I wasthere. Very unprofessional. Read more

The young girl was nice and even made us aware that the chips we selected had a tear in the bag...however, we were running over... from a basketball game to find tbey had no italian bread ready and she had to stop to make some tuna. We vwry disappointedlyselected wheat bread which as I sit here eating is falling apart in my hands. I feel like they were understaffed and this what Iwill be throwing away.... Read more
