He didn't change his gloves thru 3 people that I seen and was in the back twice grabbing supplies during that time. Flies were... everywhere. He had no idea what he was doing and asked me how to make a protein bowl since he never has and was the only personworking. I could of overlooked the 30 minute wait simply because he was the only one working even though I was only 3rd in linebut he was not trained at all and at no time should of been left to work alone especially with the extreme disregard of basicsanitation procedures. I went out and threw away my food to not cause a scene in the store. Owners should be ashamed and closeduntil such a time to be adequately staffed. Would of been much better to see you were closed and just grabbed something in thec-store vs going thru that experience. Read more

Horrible and unacceptable customer service. The employee had a very nasty attitude as though she didn't want to be there. Literally the worst subway ever. They know there will be a good amount of people to come through there and they are never... stocked on anything. Today I walked in and was told they only have wheat bread. Ok I?m fine with that. Then I get to the veggiesand wasn?t told before that they didn?t have any onions or green peppers ready.. so I basically get a meat sandwich.. to try andfix the situation they offer me a free cookie to make up for it.: I?m just wowed at this. I walked up to the counter. Saw that the employees were busy. So I waited 5 minutes. No one came to help me or even acknowledged... that I was there. Employees knew I was there. The staff at this location seem to be more on top of things than the other location in town. They do a good job. However, you... still have to deal with the app, which has been a fountain of problems. Whether it be requiring orders to add sandwiches thatdon't exist in order to use an advertised deal, or not being able to process gift card payments, or even lying to customersabout the readiness of their orders while also not providing their own staff with the order information, the app seems to be theorigin of most issues.
