They got rid of their Mild Wings. Brilliant! Literally all you have to do is dilute the hot wing sauce and you?ve got it. The... Burlington store still has them on the menu. Read more

Food was the worst I have ever had at Dominoes. The food was covered with an excessive amount of greasy garlic oil. The sandwich... was doughy and undercooked. I ate the meat and bottom of half the sandwich and a few breadsticks which made me feel sick. Thecustomer service was equally the worst ever. Noone answers the phone. I generally do not write negative reviews, although thesetwo went above and beyond to earn this one star. Upon revisiting the location, I was informed the food was made correctly, andnot to bring the remaining items back into the location. They were sorry I didn't like the food, nothing they could do, and Ishould leave. For years my family was recorded as the Essex Jct Store's number one customer. I also worked at Dominoes, havehad several friends work their for years. Not sure about the new ownership. Sadly, I haven't eaten at Dominoes much lately, andapparently no longer a valued customer, and will not eat at these locations in the future. Not too mention what used to beroutine large orders for all the guys at work. End of an Era. I enjoyed the food most of my life, loved working for Dominoes, and have nothing but love and respect for five of the previous owners, many of the managers, and previous staff I worked withover the years. All I am able to say, is wow! Read more

I use Domino's every single week (8-12 pizzas each time) to serve hot lunch to our small private school in Williston. We have... done this for a long time (at least three [school] years). Williston has almost always come through for us - an occasional latedelivery (have you ever had to tell a lunchroom full of students that their lunch is "on the way"?), but seldom a realproblem. Lately, they (like many of the rest of the retailers and restaurateurs around here) have been having "staffingissues". I have been forced to order my pizza supply from the Pearl Street Essex Junction location (more on them later), but Iwork really hard to "buy local" and support Williston businesses so I kept trying to order from Williston. Their onlineordering has been "not available for this location" more that it is available. Future ordering has been unavailable more thannot. And the one time (before yesterday) that I called to place an order at 10:45 I was crabbed at that they don't open until11:00 (which I could not find anywhere on their website). They didn't suggest I call back or offer to take my order to beplaced promptly at 11:00...just crabbed at me and hung up on me. So, I've been ordering from Pearl Street...until Monday ofthis week. I HAD to try Williston again. Their online ordering was live so I went for it. If they open at 11:00 and startmaking the pizzas right away, 23-25 minutes (according to the time estimate on my order before I pushed to complete-orderbutton) should leave enough time to cut, box, and deliver the pizzas by 11:40. After all, this timing has worked almostflawlessly for years. By 11:20, the status bar had not advanced beyond "Prep" so I started to get nervous. I called. Thenumber listed is their national number so I had to listen to all their ads before finally getting to choose an option on thecall tree. The call center couldn't help me (of course, that makes sense) so she routed me to the local store during which mycall was Read more

Placed my order at 4:44 p.m. When I finally called the establishment at 5:30 p.m they said my order was still in the oven. I... asked if I could pick it up instead of wait to be delivered and they said yes. I get there only to wait an additional 30 minutesbecause not a single worker had the wherewithal to check the shelf with the delivery orders, even though I confirmed with thecashier my order number. All the while telling me my order must still be in the oven?? It was on the delivery shelf the entiretime! AND the delivery driver didn't once take the order to be delivered, so my order got trapped in this limbo where no onetreated it like delivery and no one treated it like a pick up and no one checked the shelf that was right in front of them withmy name and order number on it. Perfect. Read more

Food was good. We were staying at a hotel less than a mile away and both nights our order was wrong. Second time we called... because we were missing food. Woman on phone acted put out because we couldn't come back to the store to get it. Wanted to giveus store credit over the phone. She was also acting rude to staff in the store. Our app told us our order was ready but waitedin store more than 10 minutes after that to actually get the food. Read more

Ordered online using a coupon, and it was ready in 15 min. Pan pizza was cheesy. Very little sauce. Crust gets browned and... tasty. Little greasy, but that?s because there?s so much cheese. This space used to hold a locally-owned pizza shop, and I wasbummed when it turned into a chain. But I have to say, it?s cleaner than Rocky?s ever was. Has dine-in tables which I?ve neverseen in a Dominos before. Friendly efficient counter service. Read more
