When its good, its great. Get the smoked bone-in wings, all else is a waste of gut space. On the downside, when something goes... wrong with your online order, you're hopeless. You can't actually call anybody and have them take an order, or modify an order,or speak to a human being that can do anything to help you. Calling the number for ItsJustWings ( which is the same number asChili's ) and asking about issues on your order is hopeless. Another big miss is that you cannot specify on the website form"Sauces on the Side", this is not at all possible with the current website. If you want them to give you plain wings, so youyourself can put sauce on them at home so they don't get soggy in the containers, there is no way to specify this on the webform. The only option is to order Just Plain wings, and then buy more sauces for more $$$ when you should already have a way tokeep the sauces on your order but ask them to NOT pour them over your wings first. Everything is done by an automated, online,clueless, buggy Google webserver robot, so if and when the website is down or has errors, you're all out of luck.
