Moe's has gone downhill. No black beans today as the cooker was broken. Place needs a thorough cleaning. Some meat was... overcooked and the menu has shrunk considerably. 3 tacos and a cup of queso $17.00. ouch! Read more
The place is absolutely filthy in the dining area which doesn't bode well for the kitchen. Expensive. Order was messed up, no... beans. Didnt find out till i got back to work, then, its too late. That's like going to a burger joint and they give you nopatty. Staff seems alright, but my God, clean the place or hire more people to do so. Read more
The employees are nice but man this place is dirty. The counters and floors were filthy and littered with old food, sticky... substances of some sort, and salsa bar looked like it was hit by a Russian missile. I can only imagine what the kitchen lookslike. Read more
Not well cleaned. 3 people working but slow service. It was my first time at Moe?s so the free chips and salsa was a nice perk... but I almost walked out bc of the wait from order taken to pay time. No one was working outside their job which was creating aback up and no one was cleaning. The food was flavorful but I will stick with Chipotle which runs like a well oiled machine. Read more
I've liked Moe's and again the food was good but the restaurant itself was filthy. It appeared that nobody from behind the... counter had wiped or cleaned anything. The salsa bar was mostly bowls of dried out salsa and the drink station was covered intrash. The tables didn't appear to have been touched in some time. Disappointed to say the very least. Read more
Slllloooooooowwwwwwwwww. Took forever, clearly understaffed. The entire floor was sticky and disgusting. Chairs and tables... were filthy and covered in food. I am revolted; i do not think i can eat at Moe's again for some time if ever. I get nauseousjust thinking about this experience. No "welcome to Moe's" staff was friendly but ambivalent. My daughter ordered a crunch wrap on the app. They were out of crunchy shells and the order wasn't done when we arrived. Instead... of saying they were out of crunchy shells when I asked where the order was, they threw some stuff in a burrito and put it in thebag. When she discovered it was a burrito I brought it back in to have the right item made and they tell me they are out ofcrunchy shells and it's the same thing. It's not the same and I still haven't received a refund. The restaurant was dirty andthey had no salsa out, however the employees were standing around doing nothing. I will not be returning to Moe's.
