The location had been closed for weeks, so we were happily surprised to see it open. When we came in, we realized that there... was only 15 minutes before closing, but the young man who was still attending the Subway counter didn't hesitate to make oursandwiches, exuding friendliness and flexibility. Staff rejected mobile order despite being placed in plenty of time. Allegedly due to closing early, which is not reflected... anywhere online or in the app. Been a frequent customer of this store for years, this is highly disappointing. Read more

It's gone a bit downhill since it was bought by a New Hampshire company. There's still a lot of local products. It's always been... overpriced on regular grocery items but you can get good meat, produce and bakery item here. MJ and Dave in the deli put outsome great hot case offerings as well as salads, made to order sandwiches, soups and the best Italian Bolenguas sauce! Read more

Unfortunately I have to give this particular Subway only two stars due to my experience with poor customer service this evening.... Subway advertises a buy 2 and get one free deal online, on TV, and over the radio. When asked to have them honor it we were toldit needed to be a online order or use the app, I proceeded, from home to order it online while my husband waited in the storeover an hour from our home so that we would be given the deal that is advertised. Upon ordering their website was clitching andwould not allow me to press the confirm button on my cell phone. Explaining this to the staff they with out a single care in theworld said that they didn't know what to tell us then. So I went to my computer and proceeded to fill out the order for the nowthird time in all, but second time online, it did give me the option to check out and processed my order, BUT before this wasdone we were reminded the store closes in minutes. Terrible experience that has left me very frustrated and likely will not goto this particular Subway ever again. Food is amazing, good luck with the staff. Read more

The young women openly arguing behind the counter creates very uncomfortable. I ordered via their app, and showed up 5 minutes... after the pick time. My order wasn't even started, and they started arguing about who should have making. It. The more surly ofthe two begrudgingly began making my order, slamming things around. Immediately I saw she was not making it correctly. Imentioned this and her attitude worsened. I will not be going back while this poor excuse for a customer service agent isworking. Read more

Stopped in to get a sandwich for my daughters at 7:10 PM on a Sunday night. We were greeted by a roll of the eyes, an audible... sigh and an announcement to who I can only assume was her co-worker that she was shutting the lights off after our order...thenshe asked us what we would like. I?m pretty sure this isn?t the customer experience the franchise owner wants to see...opencontempt for paying customers trying to order a sandwich almost a full hour before closing time. The company I work for and myself use this gas station and subway a lot and don?t usually have an issue- super dissapointed this... time with the poor customer service coming from the subway side... the guy who made my sandwich either didn?t listen to what Iwas ordering or misunderstood 1st being I said foot long not 6 inch -he then proceeds to give attitude with his body languagewhile preparing the other side of my foot long - I ordered the cheesy bread meatball sandwich-he didn?t add the meatballs and Imentioned that I wanted to meatballs on it and he said I never said that( well I certainly don?t want just bread) Well afterhuffing and puffing along with more attitude with body language I got my sandwich . I understand everyone makes mistakes andeven if there was miscommunication somewhere you don?t treat your customers that come repeatedly to get lunch here like that oranyone like that in general ...doesn?t make me want to come back hopefully it changes Read more
