The manager needs some serious ?customer service skills? training. She is beyond rude! The guy who is making sandwiches and... drinks usually in the morning time is sweet and very nice but the rest of the staff. I have been going to this Dunkin ever since I was 7. 11 years! 11 years and they have never failed me. The best customer service... ever and they make the best coffee/food compared to the other dunkins I have tried. This is the dunkin that got me addicted inthe first place. They have the glazed stick so it gets 5 stars regardless. Bagel with cream cheese was warm and fresh. Regular blend coffee was... not watered down and therefore delicious. My only complaint was they didnt have the midnight blend ready to go. Thanks for agreat expierience. Read more
Always mess up your order and if you go and ask them to fix the drink, manager has the worst attitude. They really need to work... on their customer service. Nasty rude and disgusting. This one time I asked for small cup with ice and it tasted like vegetableoil and eggs. Read more
