The place was filthy and the dishes and glasses were not very clean either. Our food did taste ok though and it was handheld so... we didn't have to use the cutlery. The place needs a thorough cleaning. We watched the tables being "cleaned" but could see thatthey still looked dirty. Read more
Our visit a couple of weeks ago was not good. Half price appetizers were sold out, drinks were thick and syrupy, steak was gray... and looked and tasted boiled. When we questioned the waiter he claimed medium rare doesn't get browned because of the shortercook time. Simply not true. Turn up the grill temp to get a good sear. We were waiting on our food to come to us, when I happened to see a little creature crawling on the floor table next to us.... Turns out it was a little black mouse that was pretty fat, I believe he?s been there for a while eating different sorts of food.Manager was called and told all of us that it?s ok she would pay for our meals. I found that very disgusting so as we were aboutto get up, they brought out our appetizer we had ordered. We told our waitress that sorry but no we wouldn?t eat there food.There were 4 other families that got up and left as soon as we left because they seen it to. My wife and kids and I visited Applebee's in Willmar on a relaxed Sunday night and really enjoyed our time there. The hostesses... and server were very friendly. Our server, Kishaun, was great! Very helpful in explaining menu items, and he provided terrificservice. We were impressed! I really enjoyed the quesadilla burger. Bravo!! Read more
