I love this store when I walked in a female employee was giving back to our community and purchasing chocolate from a kids for a... school fundraiser. Their customer service is a 10 out of 10 food was a 9 and the price was an 8 the cleanliness was at a 10 aswell. This is one of the few place that place quality over quantity. Thank you Taco John's for you impressive service. Read more

I just went and ordered a super potato Ole and went to eat it and the potatoes look a week old. Like they been in the warmer... way to long. I talked to the floor manager and asked him if this was fresh he said yes it's fresh. I bit into it and thepotatoes aren't even hot there warm. Very disgusting if the customer pays for quality not for some potatoes that have beensitting in the warmer way to long. Just because they don't want to throw product away and save the company money I will nevergo there again and the only reason I'm giving it a one in rating is because I can't give it a zero. At what point was tacoJohn's lead to believe that is okay to serve food that's been sitting in a warmer like potatoes they should always be fresh. Andhot. I'm very disappointed in there food. Lesson learned. Instead of pinching food to save company money why not keep thecustomers happy. Read more

They always seem busy, but you get an accurate order quickly and Nick always makes you feel like family when you stop in.

You're choking out a small business with two locations named after the owners father. I say boycott Taco John's until they leave... Taco Chon alone. (Chon was the owners father, as mentioned). Read more

Cleanliness: One star. The lobby was disgusting. Trash all over. Had to wipe-down our own table because nobody was looking... after the lobby. Customer Service: One star. Stood around waiting for someone to take our order. The person taking our ordertalked so softly that I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she said something. No eye contact. No smile. Accuracy:One star. My wife and I both ordered the "snack-sized" quesadillas, and were given (and charged for) the much more expensiveones. Food quality: Two stars (maybe). Potato Ole's were good (but salty). Chicken burrito was kind of mushy. The cheeseused in the quesadillas seemed to be a blend of American (with some cheddar). What is it with restaurants in Minnesota and onlyhaving American cheese? Price/value: One star. As fast food goes, the prices were steep. Over $3 for a quesadilla (with badcheese at that) is outrageous. Overall: Not even close to the quality, cleanliness, service and value you would get from a TacoJohns just about anywhere else. We recently moved from Idaho where our Taco Johns was far better than what we experienced here. Read more

Pretty consistent service and food... The breakfast is really good... And more people should eat it... Really enjoy it for the... start of my work weekend's.. The Taco's are good... Always filled right... Only complaint is that some workers done know how towrap hard-shell tacos... Breaking the shells ..... I'm supposed to do that when I eat them... Not before... It's hard to eatbroken tacos in your car during covid. Since you can't sit at a table. Other than that all good. I do wish Taco John's wouldadd an additional hot sauce. Something a little hotter than the super hot... Read more
