Came in at exactly 10pm.. ordered food and at 11pm still have not received our order. Not sure why the hold up. Place is nearly... empty, staff slow like molasses, customer service terrible. I'm not even hungry anymore, of you are short staff and there willbe long waits, at least tell me that before I place my order and then force me to wait. One of the better Applebees, with awesome friendly staff, great atmosphere and their usual amazing dishes. Great for a lunch or... dinner out with friends or family, with meal options averaging $15 per person for solid portions. Great casual stop if you wantto eat out on weekends. Their bar is usually pretty good ad well. Read more
Happy Hour - 9pm to close was great. 1/2 appetizers special is always awesome. Pictured below were the boneless wings in honey... bbq sauce (reg $11.99) and the chicken quesadillas (reg $9.99). ????The $6 drink special was lackluster and tasted more ofsyrup flavor than anything else. Kids meals were $6.49 and wording on the kids menu leads you to believe the kids drink wouldbe included but it is not. No worries because there are free refills. Just be aware the drink itself is separate from the meal.The meal includes 1 entree like pizza, chicken corn dog, tenders or kraft mac n cheese. One side included (things likeapplesauce, yogurt, fries, broccoli etc.). Bathroom could have been cleaner. It was interesting. After waiting at the door for 10 minutes, I thought they must have just lost their seat yourself placard or... I'd missed it... Nope. I found the menus and a bit later a waitress came by and I asked if we had seated ourselves in thecorrect section. We hadn't. I didn't know that parties with children were meant to sit at the bar, but when we got there we sawall the other groups with children there. Seemed strange. Anyways, there was a bit of a wait for everything, but the food wasdecent and the wait staff was there. We walked in and there was hardly anyone there. Lots of open tables. We thought great, we'll get right in and have good service.... It took almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and the rest of the line that had formed at the door. At first wethought maybe they were short staffed. But then we finally got seated and quickly realized there was plenty of staff. Then ittook almost 30 minutes to get our appetizer and another 30 to get our food. The food was not great, just about every meal wasovercooked. Took 15 minutes to get a glass of water. Now we understand why there were so many empty tables. Read more

Did a online order. Called once arrived and was told my order will be out shortly. Waited 10 minutes, still no order. Went... inside to be told it was shift change and was not aware of my order. This kind of service comes after a pandemic. After beingtold restaurants are hurting for business. And during the Country dealing with high inflation. Can we please get it together.
