Each staff person makes the menu sandwiches differently - so it's a little inconsistent but overall good.
I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. The amount of cream cheese they put on is ridiculous. I took off about 3 large... tablespoons. This is why they are always short or out of supplies. They have no understanding of portion control. Read more
We sadly still frequent this location even though there are always out of the bagels that go with the $6 breakfast sandwich I... get, are always low stock on many others, and today they were even out of the pre made hash browns they offer. Staff isgenerally polite but never any reason why the have so many shortages of stock items. Just, we are out, next mentality. Sodisappointed. Food is really good, if they have it. 11 times I have now ordered the exact sandwich that I loved the 1st time Ihad it, only 3 times they actually had the hash brown bagel that it is supposed to be on. A young lady working there got into a customer's face for not having a mask. The guy explained he just finished his workout and... couldn't wear a mask as he was still cooling down. He even offered a letter from the doctor stating that he had medicalclearance. We'll the young lady decided to take it upon herself to be "superior" and exclaim they couldn't be served becausethey didn't have masks on! Now she had a mask on, she she was "safe" The crew could have quickly served the customer (and hiswife) and they could have gone about their way. But instead the girl called the POLICE! The RECOMMENDATION to wear a mask is NOTA LAW! IT CANNOT be enforced as such. So this young lady has just done the company she works for a huge disservice. I will notpatronize a place that will allow employees to treat a customer that way! After all the business needs customers to survive!Through word of mouth it will be spread. Bought some overpriced bagels through a home shopping network. Supposed to be the real thing from NY. Not so much. I was born... and raised in NY and Brueggers bagels are far superior and very close to a NY style bagel. You won't be disappointed. Alsoreasonably priced and great coffee as well. Read more
