I just placed a carry-out order and upon my simple in-and-out visit to pick up our dinner, It's pretty evident that the quality... of work ethic has drastically declined at this location. Several employees standing around doing nothing while a few of themwere rushing around trying to keep the place in business. And not one person displayed the expectedly pleasant Chic-fil-Ademeanor that used to be a really nice touch when visiting here. Then there was our dinner... My wife usually gets the soupand macaroni and cheese for her dinner. Tonight when we got home we found that her cup of macaroni and cheese was only halffull. (See pic) And the soup? Well, let's just say she ate one spoon of it before stating, "This is gross!" and putting the lidback on before throwing it away. I'm not sure what happened at this location. It's sad to see such a drastic, negative change.We will think twice about going here again. We'll definitely think twice about going to this particular location. Read more
Disappointing tonight! Ordered two cheese sauces and didn't get either. My diet coke tastes like tonic water.
What is happening with this location?? I order from here often!! Over the past few months I haven?t had one order that was... actually correct! There is ALWAYS something missing! ALWAYS!! Was in the area while shopping for other items & decided to to stop by for their peach milkshake. It is sooooooo good! I thought... I would also stumble upon the "mistake" that my boys dad was able to get. It tasted like a lemon milkshake. He said someone hada mishap & decided to give it to him. It was a good mistake I must say. Tried to order it but I was told they didn't havethat. Only downfall to the milkshakes are on my part being that I'm lactose-intolerant & I suffer the consequences every time.Guess I'll have to have a whole box of Lactaid chewables the next time. This place is usually always spot on and great service as always but here and there I?ll order chicken nuggets and sometimes... they come out soggy and not crispy and honestly they don?t even taste like Chick-fil-A nuggets.. SO the first time it happenedthe manager was amazing and sent me 3 free meal vouchers WOW what a nice guy right? We?ll fast forward to maybe 8-9 months lateri call with the same issue it and some poor kid had to listen to me complain about my order because the manager didn?t speakwith me directly and just had there teen age employee tell me that it?s an DoorDash problem not there?s. Mind you my order wason time and I live 10min away. So whoever is manager today 6/11/22 maybe try and handle discrepancies with your food directlywith customers instead of making a teenager who has no fault deal with it. Read more

They gave me one chicken tender on a bun instead of the large piece of chicken that is supposed to come on the large sandwich... ????. I had to laugh. This was my first time ever at this franchise. It tasted good. I just wish that I was given the wholething. Read more
