The gentleman serving rice and proteins on the line wearing a red hoodie under his uniform with glasses was rude and... inattentive, and worked beyond slowly, line was less than 10 people and we waited almost 20 minutes. Gave me and my two friendsthe smallest portions imaginable. The food tasted unfresh and the store is disgusting with overflowing trashcans and dirtytables. Other workers are standing around talking and texting while customers are waiting. Absolutely awful. Don?t go to thisstore. Read more

Zero Stars if I could...what a train wreck this place is. I waited 30min for a mobile pick-up and it was all wrong. Didn't get... my extra portions, got the wrong rice, no tortilla on the side, and an extra extra portion of hot salsa even though I asked fora light portion. I didn't have time to check it before I left because I had to rush back to work for an important meeting...some of us care about our customers and our work ethic. The place was well-staffed with four people working the front. Oneperson doing one station for the meal assembly and that was the max of their effort. They were totally unmanaged and it showed.No one cared to acknowledge that me and 6 other people were waiting longer than normal (5-10min) for our orders. Not a singlequestion was asked to us or compensation offered. No customer service whatsoever (good or bad). Just workers goofing off andmaking audible noises amongst each other in between helping the people in line. Go somewhere else... unless you like paying forsomething you didn't want, under portioned, no customer service, and being late getting back to work. If thats your cup of teathis is the place for you! No!!!! The beans looked liked they been in the pan a week, the guacamole ???? also looked disgusting the counter was dirty... cheese and lettus on it the dragging the bowls through all the mess the food pans needed to be changed they were also notappealing and the steak was nothing but fat lots of careless in the restaurant! Went in to order a burrito at 7:00 pm. Came out with said burrito at 8:15. Only one cook. He was overwhelmed with online orders... and walk ins. I feel for the people doing their best with the lack of help. Purely managed shop in Willoughby. Zero stars! Read more

Show up late for an online order just to avoid waiting, end up waiting another 30 mins. There was no walk up line the employees... were sloth's at best. Very unprofessional. Grateful I had the time to wait other people were on their lunch break from thehospital! Go to Moe's they don't make you wait or charge you for chips! Read more

Placed an order through the app for steak quesadilla and this is what I got. This is the absolute LAZIEST EXCUSE of a quesadilla... I?ve ever seen. By far the worst experience I?ve had any Chipotle ever. I travel for work and have eaten at every chipotle in the... Cleveland/Akron area, this one is always the worst and I have given up trying to give it another chance. They were out ofnapkins, out of lemonade and tea, out of white rice and cheese, the chicken was burnt and it took 10 minutes to even get someoneto take our order as there appeared to be one guy running the register, food counter, and cleaning the area. The trash cans wereover flowing and all the tables were disgusting? seems to be a management issue and staffing issue. Chipotle should shut thislocation down to not blemish their great reputation. No wonder why this place has such bad reviews. I paid in full for the side of guacamole and they gave me only half the bowl. I... dont eat sour cream and haven?t selected in my online order but the bowl had sour cream. Customers come out there to pickup foodduring their lunch break at work and it?s important that they dont make mistakes. Store manager, are you happy with 2.7 rating?If this continues it will still go down. Read more
