We had a party of 12 to celebrate and very important milestone in a friend's life. The staff was very accommodating and our... waitress was phenomenal! We understand that no matter where you dine, restaurants are understaffed, so a minimum wait isexpected. Our party was seated at 1pm, ordered by 1:15, but were not served until after 2:30. We spoke with JOSH regarding thewait and without a shred of decency, he told us that if we were unsatisfied, LEAVE. "Be glad that your group spent time togetherand leave," he scolded. Sadly, other patrons witnessed his behavior. Because we were celebrating our friend's milestone and wehad waited already over an hour, we waited for our food. Some in the party were so disgusted by Josh's behavior that they packedtheir food to go. Josh never offered an apology...only a refill on biscuits and corn muffins (WOW). our group unanimously choseCracker Barrel because of the superior service we've always received. Our friend who was celebrating her milestone very seldomleaves home and had never eaten there. Never again will we ever spend our $$ there because Josh made us feel unwelcome. The last few times this place has been extremely sloooooow. Seems to be very understaffed. This time, half the restaurant is... empty, yet it took over 20 minutes to be seated and well over a 45 minutes to get food. We began to think the cooks must havequit. We won't be back. Excellent breakfast food, a surprise for a chain like this. I love their pancakes, especially the blueberry or pecan which is... served with warm syrup and butter. The blueberry compote syrup is delicious. I also like the new stuffed pancakes withstrawberries, a seasonal special.Come hungry, because it's a lot of food! Breakfast items are offered all day. Last couple of times my family and I have visited the waits have been over an hour to be seated and another hour for the food.... We had to leave after two hours this time after being told the food take 30 more minutes. We felt so bad but I had to leave withhungry kids and leave this review hoping corporate would see it. They also don?t honor online check in at all unfortunately. Myfamily love southern cooking but this was really unacceptable. The place was empty but there was a party of about 15 people thatbacked the kitchen but to be honest they?ve always mentioned kitchen being an issue in the previous visits. The food is really affordable only 8.99 for a meal. The store is also a gem and has many fun stuff, clothes and books.... Definitely worth a stop. Read more

Cracker Barrell always provides good service and high quality food. I had the chicken pot pie at this stop. It was served hot... and it was very tasty and filling! The blackberry jam on the biscuits made for a nice pseudo-dessert. The total bill for two ofus was under $30, including a 20% tip!! Read more

We asked for another table for lighting reasons and they helped no problems the food was timely an hot an good beaide they fried... apples but they still deserve 5 stars because of our amazing waitress Lydia an she had 4 stars on her apron she deserved 5. Read more

My first ever visit to a Cracker Barrel. Very friendly staff; our server was very sweet. Food was tasty, but only giving four... stars because our veggies and gravy were lukewarm. I'm sure they would have addressed if we'd asked, but we didn't feel likewaiting longer. Food definitely has a mass-produced appearance, but it was flavorful. Read more
