Ami was my cashier and helped me pick out a you pick 2 for my husband! Thanks Ami! If you want to great customer service, please... ask for Ami. Time of visit: 2:45 pm, a few people already dining, no one in line, no items being prepared, kitchen staff standing around. You... would think service would be great, but it took the staff 20 minutes to prepare a pick 2 and one small bowl of mac n cheese.This used to be a great Panera...but I feel they went down in product (prices much higher and portions much smaller) andservice. Supposed to close at 8pm on Sunday. Got to the door at 4:54 pm and saw the sign that stated they were closing @ 5pm due to... staffing . Employee locked the door when she saw me coming. Within the last month I waited in line for over 5 min with no one infront of me just to get a cup for my daily free coffee. Besides the lady running around like a nut up front , I countedapproximately 6 employees, 2 of which were engage in casual conversation. I guess only certain people can ring register? The food is very good lots of different choices of bread of course. The employees could be a little bit more informative to... customers who aren't used to being there or new people. Read more
