The burgers are really good. The meat is tender and not over cooked. It's Seasoned well and served in many different ways. The... fries are better than ok with that soft center and crunchy exterior. ???? They have other options like salads and shakes whichare done well too. I get why this restaurant endures. I didn't think about this before I ate, but I ordered the new fondue burger. They gave me this tiny cup to "dip" my burger in... and said it's the same amount as the big tray shown on the advertisement. The cheese wasn't even hot and I had to scoop it outof the cup. Two stars only for the garlic fries. Hot and fresh. Update 2/2/22: Contacted support. Very friendly and helpful.Raising the rating due to customer service and will give the location another try in the near future. Read more
