Brussels sprouts were great, the meatballs were excellent, and the short rib tacos were awesome. Been here a few times and... everything I have tried has been great. The wine was good and the service was great. Forgot to mention the fries. Fantastic,fried perfectly with a nice crisp on outside yet not hard or tough, soft sweet inside, and salted lightly. What a beautiful restaurant! We went on Saturday before memorial day and loved the ambiance and the food. The service was very,... very slow but to be expected with today's labor issues. We went there looking forward to not rushing through dinner and wereable to do that! The only reason I didn't rate a 5 was because there were not a lot of gluten free choices. Although I had asalad which was delicious I would have liked to try something else. My counterparts were repeat patrons of Sol and their foodwas excellent! Oh did I mention the margaritas? Service is quick and friendly, and the interior is spacious and unique. Their waffles are by far the best I've had. Tastes a bit... like a funnel cake, crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Warning though with the chicken and waffle, the chicken if verywell seasoned with a lot of herbs (herby if you will), if you don't like that kind of thing in your fried chicken, you may notenjoy it but I thought it was very delicious ???? Incredible. Great food, not good food, great food. The Calamari was seasoned perfectly and tasted great with the sauce and that... grilled lime was the perfect touch of acidity. That Maui Taco, OMG! I love a fish Taco but this one took the top of my list. Ilove a flight, especially with Margaritas. Blueberry and Blood Orange were my faves. Can't wait to go back.
