We are from out of town and were getting coffee after a sleepless night. I can?t say the staff wasn?t friendly but there was... zero sense of urgency when making any of the drinks, not just ours. I order the exact same drink at any Starbucks I go to andthe one I received today was BY FAR the worst I?ve ever had. I didn?t/couldn?t say anything to the baristas because we hadalready waited 30 minutes and had somewhere to be. Super disappointed. Read more

I'm hoping my review will be seen by management in hopes that they try to make the customer experience better. This has been... the third time that I've gone to this location and I've seen at least one person walk out cursing, leaving their unmade drinkbehind because it took so long. The guy today left after waiting 25 minutes. I ordered a mobile order 10 minutes before gettingthere and waited at least 10 minutes. I understand busy but they were not busy. They moved slow and without any urgency. Then Iget my drink and it's made wrong. The other Willoughby location and Mentor blow this one away. Learned my lesson. Read more

New to the area. I stop by at least 3 times a week on my way to work but not sure how much longer I can continue paying for... drinks that are poor quality. I was charged for drinks that were all milk and no coffee. The Frappuccino had no whip cream. Itwas like drinking a glass of milk with caramel syrup. Disappointed? Read more

My coffee was all separated when I got it so the first half was gross and the second half was sweet. I should have taken a... straw. The bacon croissant sandwich was pretty good. Read more

I work at another starbucks, however i come to this one every morning because it?s on my way to school. i have partner numbers... which gives me a store discount and i know and love a lot of the staff. the woman at the window, however, (i believe the storemanager), gave me a bad experience. it might have been renee, but i can't confirm. she would not take my partner numbers andasked for my ID. i forgot my wallet at home so i explained how i come here every morning, told her my numbers, and listed myname. she did not care, she charged me full price. i did not say anything, i simply held up my phone to pay. she proceeded tosay, ?if you have a problem or something, you can take it up with the store manager, me.? i even said ?no it?s fine?, beingcordial, even tho her comment was condescending. she then said ?thanks for the attitude? in the snarkiest manner. i?mdisappointed in the service, especially toward another partner. very hostile and i was not happy. I love this Starbucks. I drove through Monday, and I had on my Santa hat. The staff was so fun and welcoming. The lady that... served me was a sweetheart. And every that walked past the window looked so friendly. Also, the coffee was really good. Ittasted like Christmas cookies. Read more
