Visited this location on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 at approximately 2:25pm. Used to be my favorite Taco Bell, and the only... one I’d visit. Unfortunately, the rude, pregnant employee (Denise, I think?) ruined that. Found black hair in my cheese sauceand she put CHICKEN in my “VEGETARIAN” cheese quesadilla. Ruined my entire lunch. & faith in Taco Bell altogether. Thanks alot. Would not recommend this restaurant. Unless you’d like to get sick. Read more

Another disaster service. First they weren’t taking orders unless it was door dash or mobile order. Second, the Crunchwrap... looked terrible. Third they messed up the cheesy fiesta potatoes and had to remake it. Fourth, the potatoes in my order werealmost rocks with how over cooked they were. For almost a year now this location has been consistently terrible. I try and goback and give them another chance after a couple months each time and nothing has changed. New review... 1 star (Just look at the pics) Empty crunchwrap! Empty tacos! Empty burritos! Plenty of sour creme though. $45... worth of garbage. Disgraceful! One highlight though the fella taking orders was a delight, friendly and effecient. Put him incharge! ...(Old review from 5 years ago)... If waiting for food is your thing then this taco bell is for you! 90% pre made foodwhich only requires assembly and stuffed into a bag = 20 30 min average wait time. Don't bother with this location it's almost never truly open despite what's posted on google or the company's website. I went in... only to be told dine in was closed so I was like ok I'll just order takeout from the kiosk then. Nope couldn't do that either, Iasked why the door was unlocked with no notice posted letting customers know that the lobby was closed and manager just told meit wasn't even though it clearly was. I didn't bother after that I get businesses are short staffed and try to be understandingof that but really? Don't advertise or give the impression that you're open at full capacity when you're clearly not. Read more
Every single item I purchased had no meat on it. The closers sucked and I waited in line for 45 minutes and that was only 3... people in front of me. Veggies were plentiful though lol. Read more
The line in drive thru was long so I went inside. Someone came from the back & to me they didn't have anyone to man the... register so I would have to order on the kiosk & pay with a card since there was no help. I did that, recieved my order & left.At home, I unwrapped my food & just looked at it, see the pictures for a look at what I got. I ordered 3 soft tacos, I thinkthey took 1 taco and divided it into 3 parts. There was about 2 tablespoonful of meat in each, a few pieces of tomato a littlebit of cheese, plenty of lettuce & a blob sour cream. The taco wasn't even folded, just kind of thrown into the wrapper.Everything was cold, not even warm to the touch. Cold. I've been to this location three times in the past week, thinking I wouldgive them another chance. Once at 4:00 in the afternoon they were closed. Won't be back. Read more
So, I must be a glutton for punishment... I have gone back here only because i love taco bell. But this place is a joke!! Went... today before a dentist appointment because I knew I could eat probably for the rest of the day. Ordered a Beef chalupa & acheese quesadilla....ended up with two hard tacos. I go back to get it corrected after my appt. They still got it wrong. I endedup with this time a chicken chalupa & a chicken quesadilla with no sauce. I'm done with this place!!!! Beef Chalupa Supreme,hard as a rock. Don't know if it was just over cooked or what but I waited forever for it. Was late getting back to work. Go toeat it between checking patients in (because I didn't have time during lunch) I was less than impressed. Read more
