I've gone to this location for the past few years for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I don't eat pork but absolutely love their... smoked turkey breast. It is the best I've ever had and way better than Boars Head brand. It comes pre-sliced with the the honeybaked signature glaze. I suggest placing order online via pre-pay or reservation during the holidays. Also, the lines are longduring those times too. The staff is patient and friendly. Read more

Ham is not the same quality. Salty & barely any glazing. Discriminate against white customers. I witnessed black customers... being able to purchase more than 1 of the ham slices packet during Easter week. They were suppose to limited to 1 per customer.But I noticed the rule was only enforced to white customers while standing in line. Read more
Picked up 9:30am on 12/22. Small crowd, but was fast & efficient. Probably last time ordering a Honey Baked Ham. For 8 to 10... people it was $68!! But, I just had a craving for it. The sides are also expensive for the size. Courteous customer service atthe Willoughby location. Read more
The ham is always good. The organization at the store to pick-up the ham is HORRIBLE! We prepaid last week. We made an... appointment for between 5 and 5:30 to pick it up. Got there at 5:15. Got in the store at 5:30. The woman in front of me was notprepay. She went in the line that had 22 people in it. I was in the line with 7 people. She got her ham, paid and left 10minutes before I did. I got my ham at 6:15. Why bother to prepay? Ridiculous. It was not about lack of help. It was aboutpriorities and organizational skills! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with SO MUCH FAT on this Honeybaked Ham we bought to serve for our family Christmas dinner today! ... Apparently nobody trimmed it . . . or didn't trim enough as we ended up throwing away about one-third of the 10.3 pound ham! Not happy! We chose Honeybaked in the first place as it was always consistent and, as such, was our go-to, but might have toreally think twice before doing that again. Kinda was like their current TV commercial . . . "it's no Honeybaked" . . . .except this one WAS!!! Read more
A couple got in another line in the store and went right up to the counter, the lady in front of me who had been waiting and... myself said we had been waiting before they arrived. The ?all white? workers became visibly annoyed that we spoke up to thewhite customer Also was told they were out of ham slices and I they were open on today Sunday at 9:00am .
