Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich and I took a nice bite out of it!! Something tells me to turn the light on and... inspect it... Would you believe over half of the chicken patty/breast was RAW!!!!! 0 quality control!!!Wendy's lost a loyalcustomer thank to 5855 Som Center's mistake... I ordered online and wanted to carry out. The dining area was closed when I arrived. I was forced to wait in a terribly long... line. When I received my order, it was inaccurate and cold. In addition, I redeemed a reward which was deducted, but not appliedto my order. It would really be nice to speak to someone regarding my experience. Read more

Drive thru window girl too engrossed in being on her cell phone, instead of doing her job, mis delivered my order. When I... questioned her, she became combative and nasty. I politely, but sternly, tried to explain my point, she threw the correctionorder at me and told me to drive away...wrong order, underfilled fries....$13.00!?? Sorry, I respect myself, even if youdon't... Manager, who resembled Danny davito's the penguin, came to the window, began arguing with me, called me a liar, anddefended the lazy, rude, incompetent woman at the window...I called corporate, they offered no resolution. It was okay, but they missed a lot of items from our order. I had to go in to get them, but they were super nice and gave them... to me right away. One issue was that we initially went inside to dine in, and were told at the counter it was pickup only ordrive thru . Which is fine, but there were no signs letting people know this. There were a stream of people coming in, to betold the same thing. The cashiers were expressing their frustration to each other about all the people coming in... Very nice Wendy's I visited it during the lunch rush hour and they were very quick and efficient. It was neat to see an... all-female crew really doing a fantastic job handling the lunch rush! Food was good, the restaurant was clean the only negativesI found was a broken soap dispenser in the bathroom and they ran out of tomatoes that's the only reason I gave it a four-starinstead of a five. I ordered the chicken bacon and honey sandwich meal along with other items, was horribly satisfied, I called for almost a week... straight to communicate with a manger to have to two meals replaced due to my fries being cool, and neither sandwich not beingwhat?s advertised, one sandwich had just meat and bread, and the other didn?t have the bacon to be a baconator sandwich/meal!!It?s horrible that throughout multiple attempts to reach a manager no one ever answers the phone!! Where to start... Been there multiple times. Always have an issue with the app. The female manager that is there always helps me... out. Never gives me an issue. I went today and dealt with the chubby male manager with the short hair. ( For Wendy's sake I hopehe's not the store manager). He was extremely rude, I was telling the cashier I have had issues in the past and the manageralways helps at the register.. The chubby man leans in and says " The app is third party we have nothing to do with it you'llhave to call customer service". After I realized he wasn't going to help, I said to cancel the order. His response was "ok,thank you, have a good day". Probably the most unprofessional customer service experience I've ever had! Needless to sayMcDonald's got my $12 order today.. Read more

The quality of the food is better than most Wendy's in the area and the staff do their job well. The only problem I have with... this place is, believe it or not, the floor in the dining area. I noticed immediately that the floor was slippery, like someonespilled grease and the residue was still there. I have brand new Vans on and I was slipping. While my wife, son and I wereeating, an elderly woman almost slipped and fell while carrying her food. I told the manager about it and he told me this alwayshappens when it's humid and there's nothing they can do. It's only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves. The personwho breaks their hip wiping out here isn't going to care if that's "just what happens". Whoever chose this floor for thislocation is a dope. They need to fix this or I guarantee that there will be a lawsuit from someone very soon, and rightfully so. Read more
