Whoever was working at the cash register/window on 10/17/2022 at about 12:00pm was extremely RUDE. I come here on lunch just to... get a coffee and never had a bad experience. One of the most ghettotist places I've ever been I was there 8/13/22 when I tell you the whole morning staff needs to be fired... including the manager the cashier wasn't paying attention to my order I had to repeat my order 4x she was to busy with watchingher coworkers running around her and falling playing, the store didn't have anything really no doughnuts or muffins, no hashbrowns, no croissants, and on top of it all blasting rap music. This is the best Dunkin' in the country. My wife is traveling with our son and stopped here today while she was having a day... from hell. Without going into the specifics, Kiki, the Dunkin' employee, could see that my wife was having a bad day and wasover the top nice to her and reassured her everything was going to be ok. She even came around the counter and gave her a hug. I wish I could give them 100 stars. It's not every day that someone you don't know will go out of there way to be nice to youand give you a desperatly needed hug. Thank you a million times for everything you did today. I needed coffee right away for a group at a meeting and the Euclid location meet my expectations very well. I first visited the... Willoughby location and was not able to fulfill my order and refunded my purchase. However, the Euclid store was better staffedand quickly provided the service that was needed to help me.
