I had just got off of work and I went the door and it was locked, so I went to the drive-through on foot and i refused service... because I didn't have a car after I stood in line for a while and they found it so funny. and I need to take my medication withfood. Fast food at its slowest. Do they not know how to operate both drive-thru lanes at the same time. One operator either alternates... taking orders at each lane or one lane seems to occasionally.. conveniently..be closed. After paying, I was asked to pull up andpark by the side door, someone would be out with my order shortly. They seemingly forgot about me until, after patient 20 minutewait, I got out of my car and asked if my order was ready. Come to find out after getting home, they forgot an item in my orderfor which I was charged. Calling to ask if they could simply credit my card for the amount is pointless because the staffdoesn?t answer the phone! I drove back to get the rest of my food I paid for and there wasn?t even an apology for theinconvenience. That might sound a little nit-picky of me, but it?s yet another way in which this staff strays from fast andfriendly food service. Read more
