Friendly staff, fresh food and a clean restaurant. Seems like a well run McDonald's.
I had just got off of work and I went the door and it was locked, so I went to the drive-through on foot and i refused service... because I didn't have a car after I stood in line for a while and they found it so funny. and I need to take my medication withfood. Went inside. They weren't that busy in the lobby. However, the manager was training and seemed to have had a crew of newer... employees. She answered the phone and walked away. Nobody knew what to do. She was on the phone for a good 15 minutes while thedrive thru was wrapped around the building and the lobby was full. Read more
The drive thru line went pretty quick. Didn't have lunch but it was too early for dinner. Used points for a McChicken... sandwich. The employees were cordial enough but I think they were angry at my sandwich, though ???? Read more
Fast food at its slowest. Do they not know how to operate both drive-thru lanes at the same time. One operator either alternates... taking orders at each lane or one lane seems to occasionally.. conveniently..be closed. After paying, I was asked to pull up andpark by the side door, someone would be out with my order shortly. They seemingly forgot about me until, after patient 20 minutewait, I got out of my car and asked if my order was ready. Come to find out after getting home, they forgot an item in my orderfor which I was charged. Calling to ask if they could simply credit my card for the amount is pointless because the staffdoesn?t answer the phone! I drove back to get the rest of my food I paid for and there wasn?t even an apology for theinconvenience. That might sound a little nit-picky of me, but it?s yet another way in which this staff strays from fast andfriendly food service. Read more
