This was the worst customer experience I have had in years. If you see a small Indian lady working just turn right around and go... somewhere else. She is the most rude employee I've seen here. There was a customer in front of me and she had a coupon and whenthey were checking out the coupon failed once and the lady said "you should have checked with us first" like it was thecustomers fault that the coupon failed. Then when it was my time to order my food I had asked for veggies to be toasted alongwith the meat and she did not let the person she was training do it that way because that is not how they are "supposed" to bemade. I understand the shop is under new management. They handled my preorder of 16 subs beautifully. The subs were made perfectly... and were ready at the specified time. I even got a phone call to confirm my order. It was a very pleasant transaction. Newowners are very nice, friendly and easy to work with. Give them a try!! Read more
I had a coupon and their sign inside specified which sub you could purchase with the coupon but the guy behind the register said... the coupon was no good. The expiration date is May 21, 2022, today is April 14, 2022. If I could give less than one star, Iwould. Never, ever again. I have given this place a chance to redeem itself so many times but always leave disappointed in some way. All the staff are... extremely stingy with everything. They always give me like 3-4 leaves of spinach on a footlong sandwich before I have toconstantly ask for more. I have been occasionally going here for a couple years now and they have been continuously cheap witheverything and will charge you extra at times for a normal amount of food. At times I have seen cucumbers that are clearly tooold to be used (their color is clear) but they have put them on my sandwich any way. I took a friend with me the other day toget sandwiches and they could not even him make a cold cut sandwich correctly. A cold cut is typically three different meatsthat are supposed to be mixed/crossed over each other and instead they just put stacks of different meat on the sandwich. (Photoattached) Depending on who you get, the staff?s attitude can range, but it has never been positive/acceptable. All of them arestingy with the food and some of them will give you an attitude if you ask for a little more.
