I wish I could give zero stars but this isn?t an option. Tonight seriously might have broken me of ever eating at this franchise... again. My daughter and I decided to grab a bite real quick. Fast food always isn?t easy as she is vegetarian? but having theimpossible whopper as an option does help. So we went to the Willow Grove store. The drive through was long so we went in. Noline but still had to wait 5 minutes to have our order taken. THIS WAS FINE. I get that businesses are short staffed and theywere doing the best that they could. That being said, we waited 10 minutes for our food. Upon inspection of my chicken sandwich,I saw green specks all in the bread. I flipped it over only to find massive splotches of mold all over the bottom bun. Andquickly told my daughter to stop eating her sandwich. Upon inspection, her cheese had mold on it. The manager on duty did thebest he could with the situation but nothing can explain a good establishment with mold all over. There is NO reason thisshould be happening. Read more
One of the better maintained Burger KIng, went through the drive thru. but they were also open to dine in. Inside it was clean... and spacious, everything was well maintained also, staff was kind and friendly. When I ordered they were training new staff sothe order took a while, but that was to be expected! Read more
I am a burger King fan. That being said, I went to this restaurant for a treat because I stopped eating fast food for health... reasons so I thought a whopper would be good. Not so good. Soggy lettuce, Soggy bread and it tasted like straight garbage. Theymade a couple of bucks off of me just to loose a long time customer. Read more
My food was cold customer service was good it was lunch time so I didn't make a big stink about it
Dont go here if you didnt get sick yet at some point you will. Friend told me a while back that they got sick from this location... and i didnt believe them! Me and my sister went here to get food and literally had food poison for days! Been trying to contactthe owner for a while now and has NEVER got back to me! they ruined it for all fast food places i never been that sick before! Read more

Drive thru, evening time. Didn't put cheese on my burgers, when I asked about it at the drive thru, received a response of,... 'What do you want me to do?' Completely forgot my fries, but ushered to move forward. I paid for services notprovided. Jalapeño poppers were over-fried to the point the cheese was dehydrated and crusted over within and thus the popperwas nearly hollowed out. Not to mention the batter was too tough and inedible. I came in with my 4 kids and my wife, 6 people all together. I spent more than $60 and the didn?t give us catchup at all. When I... asked for ketchup they said they were only giving out limited and gave me 12 packs. When my kids went to ask for more ketchupthey were making fun of them telling them ?we just gave you like 50 packs ? that was a lie because they only gave us 12 packs.So if you come to this Burger King bring your own ketchup because they don?t like giving out ketchup.
