I give it a two because the food was good. closest thing to a philly cheesteak without going to philly. My issue is I got the... cheese fries with it, ate my cheesesteak then started the fries i ate two before i lifted one up and realized a HAIR UNDER IT. I just moved here about 4/5 months ago; the bacon cheddar fries are amazing and I had a cheese steak; it was amazing!! All of... the food is fresh and hot. Everything done in front of you, nothing premade or sitting on the side. For the first time Ever Ihad food at a food court in a mall and there was no grease I had to soak up with napkins before I tried to eat it! This is MyFavorite Place for cheese steak and fries!! I always enjoy coming here with my husband, especially with how quickly the workers are and the same rotation of people so my... food is usually consistent. Today, around 12:30ish or so, there was a young lady there who had the UGLIEST attitude. Wasn?tpaying attention to what my husband and I were saying and then was absent minded, didn?t take my husband?s order when I told herto add him to my order, PUT EVERYTHING ON THAT WE SAID NOT TO PUT ON, and ran my card twice. I had my husband check the bankaccount to ensure she didn?t purposely run it twice. She was hella rude, definitely won?t come here if she?s going to be on theregister. After reading the reviews I see why the female cashier had an aggressive attitude at one point when I ordered from the menu. I... always come to Charley's as well and love their food! I usually get the same thing every time I come there. I went on 2/6/18 andordered a Chicken Cheesesteak but thought it came with bacon. I was only trying to remember if it did and the cashier gets anattitude and started talking all loud pointing at the menu as if I was stupid or a little girl. I'm fully grown! I thenremembered it was usually the Bacon Cheesesteak I used to get that had bacon on it but I wanted chicken this day. I always gettheir Bacon Fries. I pretty much laughed it off at the time saying silly me I usually get bacon on my fries. I reminded thecashier about the look on her face as well by telling her yeah I noticed that look on your face when I was saying that too. The punch card story is true I used to go with him about three times a week. Unbelievably poor customer service especially since... the team there has seen us so many times.
