My fries were brown and disgusting and my chicken strips were burnt. Overall the food wasn?t good.
I just got the worst Cobb salad from chick fila at the Willow Grove Mall. There was no cheese or bacon. The lettuce was slimy... and wet. The service was horrible, kids just standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing, I will not visit that locationagain. Read more

getting not as NICE... seriously for months now..you are only ALLOWED to buy a small size milkshake.. have to beg for a 2nd... dressing for their large pricey salads that used to always look and taste good. Now even that isnt the case... We gave it onelast visit.... will be last. Read more
