I would have to agree with other reviews. This is the worst chipotle in Pennsylvania if not the continental US. Portions are... laughably small in comparison to other locations, they are often out of items on the menu, they prioritize online orders abovein store orders, service is slow and most of the staff is rude (both to eachother and customers). Horrible service. Management hiring lazy teens for cheap leads to poor service. One of them had the nerve to use her phone when... customers were waiting to be served. Unprofessional is an understatement. Small portions for the inflated price. Chipotle usedto be ok. They just lost another customer. Need to shutdown this location ASAP! Read more

Inside it's filthy !!! Chipotle must have cut the employees wages. Two days in a row I ordered from different locations. Meals... don't even come close to what's pictured on their website. Missing items and meals have gotten way smaller. Employees show noenthusiasm to work there and don't care what's going out the door. Lost me as a customer... Read more
It was very good in taste and I was happy to see that the server changed his gloves before making my meal ( I was just about to... ask him ) after cleaning off the dirty counter! This is probably the worst chipotle in Pennsylvania, and by no exaggeration. First time ordering, I had to wait 30min past... pickup time for my food, not to mention the order was wrong and cold. Second time ordering, pick was on time (nice work) butwould you look at that? 3 pieces of meat and rice that was cooked for 0.3 seconds. What is the point of ordering on the app ifthe employees cannot follow simple directions. Seriously if you hate your job, get another one. I think management needs to provide some more direction to their employees. There are no signs on the doors or windows... explaining that it is online ordering only. Our tacos, 3 to an order, were wrapped together in foil in a pile of mush--impossible to eat with our hands. The staff said that's how they do it. See pics: each foil bundle is 3 tacos with barely anymeat in any of them. We drove home, dumped our "tacos" in a bowl and ate with forks. Not the outdoor fast casual meal we hadplanned. Cashier was great. Assembly maker was awful. My burrito was mostly rice. Very little chicken, which is basically what I paid... for. Never coming back to this location. Read more
