The little Spanish lady is so rude smh everytime I come in I have to speak first and when I do say Goodmorning she doesn?t even... reply! I?m big on customer service and being acknowledged when walking into a business but they don?t have to worry about mespending my money there any more ! Get people that have respect period ! Read more
Manhattan Bagel has good bagels and sandwiches. They offer a variety of bagel options, however, they aren?t always well stocked.... The earlier you go, the more options you have. The service was great. Everyone working the counter was professional and kind.The store is clean. The prices are average. I?m not a big fan of the coffee though. Read more
Meh, mediocre at best and not worth $33 for a couple bagel sandwiches and two iced drinks. The person taking the orders writes... it down s-l-o-w-l-y on an old-fashioned order pad (paper) then enters it on the touchscreen, which slows the process. Therewere 5 employees, one older woman and four younger women. The younger women moved and looked like they were on Xanax. Itwasn?t crowded. The older woman made both sandwiches and the drinks while the others did next to nothing. The cashier/ordertaker didn?t move from her station. The other three pretty much stood there. Not sure how this business measures efficiency,if they do at all. The sandwiches were ok, but nothing worth repeating. One and done for me. Not worth a return trip. Read more
I drove 8 miles to get a dozen of whole wheat bagels only to be told we are all out. I know this location bakes on the premises... so I kindly told the cashier I would be willing to wait. She told me they only bake a certain amount every day & I should comeback tomorrow. This was 11am, I couldn't believe her solution was to come back tomorrow & drive another 8 miles each way to doso. Went there at 8am, they have a cute coffee station with a good variety of brews ( I got Vanilla nut) and some syrups which I... liked, though the syrups were a little hard to reach. Unfortunately, the coffee was lukewarm. I ordered the Super CinnamonRaisin Bagel but discovered it was actually the Super Cinnamon. It was still delicious but with more cream cheese than Iwould've liked. I'd say this place is perfectly medium. Read more
